Programs
Trial Week
The Trial Week is our initial two to three hours a day, four to five days a week program. The first week gives our clients the best insight into what our program is all about. During the trial week, clients will be educated on our recovery methods as well as develop a good understanding of the physical and mental demands of the program.
Local Program
The Local Program is for those who are able to visit us on a weekly basis. Every participant in the Local Program will start off with a Trial Week so that our trainers can fully assess your needs. Once the trial week is completed, an extended program will be established for each client.
Home Program
The Home Program is designed for those who are not able to visit us on a weekly basis. After the Trial Week is completed, a program will be put together that can be done at home or at your local gym. We encourage all of our Home Program clients to re-visit us every 3-6 months so that we can make the proper modifications to your program.
